Practical event questions

How much clear space should I leave around the booth?

Allow room for the platform, the full path of the rotating arm, guest entry and exit, and an operator. Keep bystanders, bags, and power cables outside the arm’s path.

Can I use the booth at an outdoor event?

Use the booth only on a dry, level, stable surface. Keep it away from rain and moisture, and move it indoors if wind or weather could affect the equipment or guest area.

Can guests receive and share their videos at the event?

A compatible capture app and device can create share-ready videos. Delivery and sharing options depend on the app, device, and event internet connection, so test the complete workflow before guests arrive.

What should I test before my first paid event?

Test the rotation direction and speed, lighting, device mount, recording, export, power and cable layout, then practice packing every part back into its case.
