The contiguous United States refers to the 48 mainland U.S. states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other remote or restricted areas.

We offer free shipping for all eligible products within our supported delivery areas.
If an order requires special shipping arrangements due to location, product size, warehouse availability, or carrier restrictions, we will contact you before shipment.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, inventory transfers, carrier delays, or for customized orders.
Most photo booth equipment orders are shipped from local warehouses when inventory is available.
Customized products, custom logo items, and some accessories may ship from China. If an item needs to be shipped from China or requires special fulfillment, we will contact you by email before shipment.
Orders may ship from different warehouses depending on product type, destination, inventory availability, and fulfillment requirements.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery, or incorrect address information may affect the final delivery date.
For non-customized orders, tracking information is usually sent by email within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and the order is processed.
We select the appropriate carrier based on the destination, package size, warehouse location, and available shipping service. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Photo booth equipment is larger and heavier than standard parcels. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, including recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number if applicable, phone number, and email address.
Failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, restricted location, or refused shipment may result in additional shipping fees.
All eligible orders shipped within our supported delivery areas include applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated at checkout or communicated before shipment.
If any special customs, import, or local charges apply due to destination-specific requirements, we will contact you before shipment whenever possible.
If a photo booth product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Customized items, custom logo products, or certain accessories may ship separately from the main photo booth equipment.
If your order ships separately, we will provide tracking information by email once each shipment is arranged.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives damaged, has missing items, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, photos or videos of the package and product, photos of the shipping label, and a clear description of the issue.
