Free shipping is included for complete photo booth machines delivered to eligible addresses in the contiguous U.S. Standard, in-stock, non-custom machines are typically delivered within 3–6 business days. If U.S. inventory is out of stock, an item may ship from our Asia warehouse with a separate estimated timeline.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Covered photo booth equipment includes a 5-year limited warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects or product quality issues, subject to the warranty policy.

14-Day Returns

Eligible return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking and handling fee apply to non-defective returns caused by personal reasons, where permitted by law.

Technical Support

Lifetime support is available for setup, operation, basic troubleshooting, and software guidance at support@smart360photobooth.com. It is separate from the 5-year limited warranty and does not extend free parts or other warranty remedies beyond the warranty period.
