Smart 360 photo booth equipment comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.

During the warranty period, if the product fails due to a manufacturing defect or product quality issue under normal use, we will provide warranty support, which may include replacement parts, repair guidance, or other appropriate solutions after review.

This warranty applies to eligible photo booth equipment purchased directly from our official website or authorized sales channels.

2. Free Parts Replacement Service

If a covered part fails during the warranty period due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or product quality issue, we may provide a replacement part free of charge.

Depending on the issue, we may first ask you to provide photos, videos, order information, product serial number, or troubleshooting results to help our technical team confirm the problem.

Free parts replacement does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, water damage, drops, impact, unauthorized repair, modification, normal wear and tear, or other external factors.

3. Free Technical Support

We provide free technical support during the warranty period to help you install, operate, and troubleshoot your photo booth equipment.

Technical support may include:

6. Optional Extended Warranty

Optional extended warranty service is available only for eligible photo booth products.

To keep your warranty coverage active, the extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days before your standard warranty expires. Extended warranty service may not be available after the standard warranty has expired.

The extended warranty begins after the standard 2-year limited warranty ends and provides continued support for covered manufacturing defects and product quality issues, subject to the terms of the selected extended warranty plan.

Extended warranty coverage may include technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and replacement parts for covered issues.

The extended warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, water damage, drops, impact, unauthorized repair, modification, consumable parts, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors.

Extended warranty availability, duration, price, and coverage details may vary by product and must be confirmed at the time of purchase.

7. Shipping for Warranty Parts

For approved warranty claims, we may provide replacement parts free of charge.

Shipping arrangements for warranty parts may vary depending on the product, destination, warehouse availability, and issue type. If a special shipping arrangement is required, we will contact you before shipment.
