Luma Glow iPad Fotobox

Free shipping is included for complete photo booth machines delivered to eligible addresses in the contiguous U.S. Standard, in-stock, non-custom machines are typically delivered within 3–6 business days. If U.S. inventory is out of stock, an item may ship from our Asia warehouse with a separate estimated timeline. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Covered photo booth equipment includes a 5-year limited warranty, with free replacement parts for confirmed product quality issues. View our Warranty Policy.

Eligible return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking and handling fee apply to non-defective returns caused by personal reasons, where permitted by law. This fee does not apply to confirmed manufacturing defects or an incorrect item shipped by us; we cover return shipping in those cases. Return approval is required before shipping an item back. See our Return Policy for eligibility and exclusions.

Lifetime technical support is available for product setup, operation, basic troubleshooting, and software guidance. It is separate from the 5-year limited warranty and does not extend free parts or other warranty remedies beyond the warranty period. Contact support@smart360photobooth.com.
