Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices, promotions, discounts, shipping offers, and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, stock errors, or checkout errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the order.
A product being listed on the website does not guarantee availability.

Orders and Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been fully accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, address issues, or other fulfillment concerns.
If we cancel your order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Some orders may be subject to fraud checks, payment verification, or additional confirmation before fulfillment.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged as suspicious, we may delay, cancel, or suspend the order until the issue is resolved.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping coverage, estimated delivery time, warehouse fulfillment, tracking information, duties, taxes, split shipments, and delivery restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times shown on the website or in emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory availability, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, remote-area restrictions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we cannot ship an order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for fulfillment, changing the shipping arrangement, or cancelling the order for a refund. For U.S. online orders, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and must obtain consent to shipping delays or provide a refund when required.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, defective products, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return approval and return instructions from our support team.
For non-defective returns caused by personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking or handling fees where permitted by law.
For EU customers, online purchases are generally subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, although exceptions may apply, including customized or personalized goods. Return postage may be the customer’s responsibility if properly disclosed before purchase.

Warranty and Technical Support

Eligible photo booth products include a 2-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Warranty coverage, free parts replacement, technical support, exclusions, warranty claims, and optional extended warranty service are governed by our Warranty Policy.
Warranty service does not cover misuse, improper installation, water damage, drops, impact, human damage, unauthorized repair, modification, normal wear and tear, or other external factors.
Optional extended warranty service is available only for eligible photo booth products and must be purchased within 30 days before the standard warranty expires.

Custom Products and Custom Logo Orders

Custom logo products, customized accessories, personalized items, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time and may ship separately from the main photo booth equipment.
Customized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Customers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and usable logo files, artwork, text, and customization instructions. We are not responsible for delays or production issues caused by unclear files, incorrect information, low-resolution artwork, or delayed customer confirmation.

Software, Apps, and Digital Features

Some photo booth products may include software support, app compatibility, digital setup guidance, or third-party software use.
Software functions, app availability, updates, device compatibility, and third-party integrations may vary by product model, operating system, region, device version, or third-party provider.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, compatibility issues, policy changes, feature removals, account restrictions, or technical changes caused by third-party apps, platforms, software providers, payment providers, or device manufacturers.

Accuracy of Account and Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, billing information, phone number, email address, and order details are correct before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, loss, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
